Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to agreed session time in order to avoid canelation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a charge equaling 50% of your total price of service will be obtained by Body Massage by Karah, and a new deposit will be required to rebook/reschedule. If you are over 15 minutes late, the appointment is subject to cancelation, and the cancelation fee of 50% of your total price of services will be collected by Body Massage by Karah, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
